Flow Residences in Rainbow Bay, Queensland, required sleek and minimalist floor wastes for the bathrooms and wet areas of their luxury beachside apartments. The client aimed for a discreet, aesthetically pleasing drainage solution that complemented the high-end design of the residences on the Gold Coast. Ensuring efficient and safe drainage was also a priority to maintain the luxury standards of the development.
We provided tile insert floor wastes for the bathrooms, offering a seamless integration with the finished tiles. For other common wet areas, we supplied stainless steel linear drains. These products delivered the sleek, minimalist look desired by the client while ensuring effective drainage and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the luxury apartments.
The installation of over 100 drains across the 22 apartments and common areas at Flow Residences achieved the desired blend of functionality and style. Our tile insert and linear drains provided efficient drainage, ensuring a safe, slip-free environment. The discreet design of these drains seamlessly integrated with the luxurious finishes, enhancing the overall aesthetic and quality of the beachside residences.
